People are GPR’s most important asset. A well trained and dedicated workforce is a must in order to operate the refinery according to Gunvor’s high safety and reliability standards. To achieve this we are looking for talented, results-oriented, responsible and innovative professionals who want to contribute to the growth and development of our refinery.

For our Process Operators and Maintenance Technicians, we have extensive on-the-job training programs from starter to Senior Operator levels. For our Engineers, staff positions and supervisory positions, we offer professional and interpersonal training programs, as well as development programs for our future leaders. Training and development needs of every employee will be discussed in yearly appraisals.
